After graduation from high school, Heather pursued an athletic scholarship to play volleyball in the United States. She completed a degree in Physical Education at the University of Lethbridge and continued to play and coach volleyball until she joined Sistership in 2001.
Heather has worked in the corporate health and fitness industry for over 20 years and designed and implemented the Personal Fitness Trainer Program at Mount Royal College. In 2003, she was invited to coach with Sistership under the mentorship of Jon Davies. Since that time, she has been part of the coaching and training team.
